Job Description

As a Human Resource & Finance Associate, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various HR and finance functions within the organization. Your main tasks will include recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing payroll and benefits, as well as providing financial analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparing employment contracts and conducting orientation sessions.
• Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in managing financial transactions, such as accounts payable and receivable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• Prior experience in HR and/or finance roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
