Job Description
- Manage administrative aspects of onboarding, such as preparing employment documents
- Assist with administrative planning for new recruit onboarding and offboarding
- Assist with the recruitment process, which includes posting jobs, scheduling and organizing interviews with hiring managers, and preparing for and organizing the signing of employment contracts with selected candidates
- Organize and oversee meetings and cultural events for the company
- Assist with any other HR administrative tasks
