Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Human Resource Intern. As a Human Resource Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions.
In this role, you will support our HR team in tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. You will assist in screening resumes, coordinating interviews, preparing employment contracts, and maintaining employee records.
Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as organizing employee training programs, conducting surveys, and assisting in performance review processes.
The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and has a passion for human resources. You should also be able to work independently, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and have a basic understanding of HR practices.
