Job Description

Responsibilities and Roles

To Interview and Recruit suitable candidates to join the company
To conduct training for the new hires
To develop the monthly commission package for the staff
To exit the staff should the need arises

Requirements

We require suitable Candidates to have at least 3 years of experience in the HR industry, particularly in the field of Hiring or conducting Training
Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage but not a must
