Role & Responsibilities
- Liaising and coordinating with workers/supervisors and/or other relevant party on foreign workers related matters
- Assist in updating and maintaining employees’ personal records
- Responsible to administer employee payroll, leave, attendance and claims
- Assist in all new application of work passes including renewal and cancellation work passes matters
- Assist in updating all training records and monitoring all training progress
- Assist in preparation of employment contracts
- Ad-hoc related duties as assigned by HR Department
Job Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Excel and Word)
- Minimum with Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent related qualification
- With at least 1-2 years of human resources and administration related experience
- Candidate with construction-related industry is preferred and training will be provided
