Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Associate/Specialist. As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting various HR tasks and assisting in maintaining the HR operations smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate and administer employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment and inquiries.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Prior experience in HR-related roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
