Job Description
We are looking for students in Singapore to commit to a 3-month internship for an in-house HR/generalist/recruitment role, in our boutique recruitment agency, DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. Established in 2017, we specialize in providing top-notch IT Recruitment services in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in internal HR duties, including recruitment, training, and administrative tasks
- Support the hiring process by preparing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and screening candidates
- Organize resources for employee training and development
- Conduct research on industry trends and recruitment market
- Manage and update talent database
Job Requirements:
- Current undergraduate students in any major
- Good communication skills, proactive, and able to handle pressure
- Internship experience in HR or consulting industry preferred
