Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HR department, including recruitment, hiring, employee performance, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure the effective management of our workforce. You will be in charge of talent acquisition, conducting employee orientation and training, and managing employee relations. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least 5 years of HR management experience. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations is essential, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience in managing performance appraisal systems and employee development programs is also preferred.
