Job Description
The IDC Quality Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality throughout our organization. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, reviewing and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and leading cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives.
Your main responsibilities will include conducting quality audits, developing quality assurance plans, and providing training and guidance to employees. You will also collaborate with various departments to establish quality standards and ensure that they are being met consistently. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing customer feedback, investigating complaints, and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Our ideal candidate has a strong background in quality management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and motivate teams. You should also have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
