Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Facilities Executive to join our team at IFMT. As a Facilities Executive, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all facility services, including repairs and maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
- Monitor and manage supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth facility operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
