Job Description

Remuneration Package:
- Salary: $2,00.00 to $2,500.00 per month post-confirmation, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, addressing queries and complaints.
- Resolve customer issues with a positive attitude.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level; 1-year Call Center experience required.
- Proficient computer skills and good Mandarin a plus.
- Singaporeans Only.
Work Schedule: 5.5 days/week, with remote work post-training.
