Job Description
i-Vic International Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Inbound Call Center Agent who is fluent in Mandarin. Join our team and engage directly with customers, addressing their queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
Remuneration Package: Salary ranges from $2,00.00 to $2,400.00 per month after confirmation, based on experience. Full-time, permanent role with a hybrid work model after 1-1.5 months of training at our office in Tampines.
Requirements: Minimum O Level, proficient in relevant computer applications, and at least 12 months of call center experience. Good command of Mandarin is a must.
