Job Description
Join our team at ST Recruitment Centre! We are currently seeking an Indoor Customer Service Officer (CSO) to support our operations during rotating shifts: 06:45 am to 04:00 pm, 10:45 am to 08:00 pm, and 01:45 pm to 11:00 pm. This role requires work on weekends and public holidays, following the staff schedule.
Your main responsibilities will include maintaining a control admin record of club members, assisting golfers during practice, cleaning facilities, operating iPads and tablets, and ensuring the range card system is functioning. Additionally, you will recommend sales promotions and activities beneficial to our members.
