Job Description
- Candidates with no experience are welcome.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, and statistical software packages such as SPSS.
The role is to support the industry research unit by performing a range of research work, including conducting secondary research on companies in Singapore, contacting companies to obtain their participation in research initiatives, data collection through online surveys, and analysis of survey research data.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end management of research projects including data collection, reporting, and analysis e.g. quarterly trackers etc.
- Conduct secondary research on companies in various industries in Singapore. This will consist mainly of online research, and phone calls to verify information if needed.
- Review and propose questionnaire design to ensure quality responses.
- Perform data cleaning to ensure high quality data.
- Interpret and analyze survey data using statistical tools.
- Present research findings in an impactful manner by transforming data into appealing and effective visuals and reports.
- Develop relevant domain or sector knowledge as contextual insights for related projects.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Statistics, Social Sciences or related fields.
- Ability to independently collect, organize, and analyze datasets.
- Comfortable performing a range of research work spanning desktop research and data collection to data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work within expected timelines and manage multiple projects.
