Job Description
Location: ST Engineering Jurong East Bui, SG
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare & provide quotations to customers
- Communicate with customers on the requirements and understand their procurement process
- Update the opportunity into the sales portal
- Follow up with vendors/suppliers on pricing
- Prepare the costing sheet and quotation for sending out to the customers
- Support the sales team during the bid process
- Download or gather the tender document from the portal
- Prepare submission template
- Gather information to be included in the tender submission
- Assist in tender submission into the portal / tender box
- Assist in resolving customer queries
- Communicate with customers on requirements
- Coordinate technology sharing sessions with customers to upsell
- Keep updated on cybersecurity products and services
- Attend product sharing & technology updates
- Explain & demonstrate product features to customers
- Answer customers’ queries
- Upsell products and services
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in the related industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organization skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as salesforce.com
- Work location: Jurong East
- Singaporeans only
