Job Description

Counterfeiting undermines the talent and creativity that define Louis Vuitton’s success. To uphold intellectual property rights, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against such violations.

This internship is within the Global Intellectual Property Department, where you’ll support brand protection initiatives across South Asia.

Duties include:

• Supporting cease and desist actions against infringers.
• Drafting authentication reports and witness statements.
• Conducting legal research on IP-related topics.
• Managing raid actions.
• Identifying infringements in market visits.
• Collecting evidence for litigation.

This full-time position lasts a minimum of 6 months, starting July 2025. Ideal candidates are meticulous law students in their penultimate or final year.
