Job Description
$3,300-$4,100 + Variable Bonus
Working Days: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)
Location: 8 Changi South Lane 486113
Job Descriptions:
- Design and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job listings.
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable methods.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Provide recruitment and manpower reports.
- Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships.
- Undertake other HR projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in HR/Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of HR recruitment experience.
- Able to conduct various types of interviews.
- Knowledge of MOM rules and regulations.
- Immediate availability.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay Range: $3,300.00 – $4,100.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
