Job Description
NTUC Health Co-operative Limited is seeking enthusiastic university undergraduates for an internship in Care Navigation. This role involves developing a comprehensive training program tailored for our new Care Navigation team, which serves as a single point of contact for seniors needing eldercare services. Responsibilities include creating training manuals, planning schedules, and designing training sessions. Additionally, interns will support NTUC Health’s roadshows to enhance community awareness.
The ideal candidate will possess project planning skills, excellent writing and communication abilities, and proficiency in PowerPoint.
