Job Description
- Report to the Inventory Manager
- Assist in reviewing, improving, and implementing inventory control and movement policies and processes
- Ensure appropriate inventory planning cycle
- Assist in incoming inventories & containers and warehouse allocation, avoid demurrage charges and minimize external storage
- Ensure accuracy of physical inventories, stocks in external warehouse & system’s record
- Regular highlight of problems, such as slow-moving stocks and near expiry stocks
- Provide timely information on stock availability, expiry date, etc
- Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return, as well as defective goods for QA team inspection
