Job Description
Work Schedule: Standard (Mon-Fri)
Environmental Conditions: Office
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for sites and monitors.
- Guide sites on protocol-related requirements.
- Triage calls and redirect appropriately.
- Review exceptions for timely data cleaning.
- Notify sites of critical values.
- Coordinate sample issues for timely reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in clinical research.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Fluent in Korean and Japanese.
