Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As an IT Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our team members.
Your main tasks will include desktop hardware and software support, installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT equipment and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1st line support for all IT-related issues
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Assisting in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure
- Responding to support tickets and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Performing system upgrades and patch management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Windows and Mac OS
- Strong knowledge of desktop hardware and software
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
