Job Description
Ascend Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated IT Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support technical and routine duties, including assisting with business application changes, notifying vendors of hardware malfunctions, reviewing application issues, and liaising with the IS Manager regarding IT audits.
In addition, you will be responsible for reviewing automated backup logs, handling antivirus alerts, administering Amadeus Integrated booking suite issues, and addressing network Firewall logs.
