Job Description
There is currently an open position for an IT Helpdesk Analyst at Legatcy Recruitment Pte Ltd.
- The purpose of this role is to handle emails, phone calls, and provide remote assistance as first-level support for IT helpdesk. Excellent proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a must as you will be providing technical support to Chinese-speaking end-users.
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- Call Center experience is advantageous.
- Basic experience with IT troubleshooting.
- Proficient in problem diagnostics through remote support tool and calls.
- Familiarity with office productivity tools such as O365.
- Familiarity with Ticketing System (ServiceNow, Jira).
- Experience in using Active Directory (Azure, Microsoft).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Customer Service.
- Proficient in email and verbal communication.
- Nitec or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Able to provide technical support to Chinese-speaking end-users with proficiency in Chinese Mandarin.
Contract Type: 12 Months (Renewable)
Salary: SGD2,800 to SGD3,500
Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: Office Hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
