Job Description
Opensource Pte Ltd. is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional on a contract basis. This role involves onsite IT support, issue resolution coordination with the technical team, and communication with users for updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite IT support.
- Capture and coordinate issue resolution.
- Maintain user communication.
- Guide users using FAQs.
Requirements: Experience in IT helpdesk support, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work fast-paced.
Job Type: Contract (2 months)
Pay: $1,800 – $2,500/month
