Job Description
1. Oversee office network, Office 365 email, and end point support for an SME of around 50 staff.
2. Work with vendors on network management, end-point support, and more including:
- End-point support & troubleshooting (including Microsoft 365).
- Work with service providers for network and infrastructure maintenance.
- Review server and infrastructure reports regularly.
- Follow up on alerts from Security Operation Centre.
- Configure equipment for new acquisition, decommission, re-deployment.
- Ensure vendors adhere to SLAs.
3. Hands-on troubleshooting of issues.
4. Provide input on IT security for third-party applications as needed.
Pre-requisites:
- Minimum diploma in IT/computer systems & studies.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learner, resourceful, good at problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills.
