Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Operator to join our team. As an IT Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.
Your tasks will include network monitoring, hardware and software troubleshooting, backup and recovery, and user support. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and performing routine system checks to ensure optimal performance.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems. You should also be able to work well under pressure and have excellent problem-solving skills.
