Job Description
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to help desk tickets, and assisting in the maintenance of IT systems.
You will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively. Prior experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
