Job Description
Job Description:
- Take ownership and coordinate with colleagues for seamless IT/Desktop operations support.
- Provide assistance in daily IT/AV operations and routine tasks.
- Assist in setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT or AV systems in the Singapore office.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, log faults, and minimize system downtime.
- Provide logistical support for events, including recording, editing, and publishing.
- Manage and update the inventory of AV equipment.
Skills and Personal Requirements:
- Effective engagement with users from different business units.
- Understanding of Audio Visual systems and IT infrastructure.
- Experience in audio/video applications and room AV systems is beneficial.
- Professional and customer-centric approach.
- Promote teamwork and harmony through communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a relevant degree or certificate.
- 2-3 years of technology support experience, preferably in investment banking.
