Job Description
HYDRA SYSTEMS & SOLUTIONS PTE LTD is seeking highly motivated candidates for the position of IT Support Engineer. Our ideal candidate will provide essential technical support to ensure the smooth operation of PCs, laptops, servers, network switches, routers, firewalls, and printers through regular maintenance and housekeeping.
The job scope includes diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, installing new applications, and providing guidance and assistance to users. Additionally, the role may involve cabling tasks.
