Job Description

Millennium Technology Services is seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our team. You will troubleshoot LAN/WAN activities, monitor network utilization, and resolve issues with vendor support. Manage incident response tickets and keep technical documentation updated.

Qualifications: Strong understanding of optical networking, willingness to learn new technologies, and proficiency in Windows. This is a full-time, temporary position with a salary range of $2,177.06 – $3,00.94/month, plus cell phone reimbursement.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, in-person.
