Job Description
systemsGo is seeking an IT Support Engineer to support a luxury brand in Ngee Ann City, Singapore. The role includes providing IT support for the Singapore office and boutiques, managing IT services, and coordinating IT projects across Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
- On-site 1st level IT support for office and boutiques.
- Manage IT service tickets and asset lifecycle.
- Ensure user satisfaction for IT services.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems.
