Job Description
WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Provide L1 to L2 support for infrastructure, network, and internal systems.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal users encountering IT issues.
- Assist with testing, implementing, and training for new IT functions.
- Support compliance with security requirements and maintain IT hardware.
- Conduct internal IT audits and report non-compliance issues.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base as directed by senior engineers.
