Job Description
Wecruit is seeking an IT Support Engineer responsible for providing L1 to L2 infrastructure network and internal system support.
- First point of contact for internal users regarding IT issues.
- Assist with testing, implementation, training, and support.
- Collaborate on security and compliance measures.
- Help with IT asset management and audits.
- Maintain organized knowledge base and improve troubleshooting skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,00.00 – $4,00.00 per month
Experience: 3 years in IT support preferred. Work Location: In person.
