Job Description
INSIRO PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Troubleshooting and resolving software or hardware issues.
- Providing support in a service/help desk environment.
- Maintaining strong knowledge of Active Directory and various technical support practices.
Requirements include a Higher Nitec in IT/Computer Science, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be proactive team players with a positive attitude.
