Job Description
Astek is currently offering a role of IT Support Technician. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining systems and networks in the retail system and back office setup.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of IT devices
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors
- Evaluate and test hardware and software
- Document IT processes
- Willingness to travel to different locations for job tasks
- Perform other ad-hoc IT tasks as required
- Provide efficient technical support (onsite and offsite) for retail locations and back office
- Set up new IT devices and ensure proper functioning
- Maintain and upgrade existing systems and networks
- Handle back-end processes for opening new stores
