Job Description
1) Responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating technology issues. Support internal clients to keep employees productive and assist external customers via telephone or webchat.
2) Assigning territories and quotas to company sales staff.
- Coordinating training and scheduling for sales staff.
- Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures.
- Analyzing customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and identify potential customers.
- Tracking quotas and goals of each sales team member.
- Entering order information into the company database.
- Answering client questions regarding accounts or sales products.
- Collaborating with staff from other departments to optimize sales.
- Able to provide after-sales support.
- Capable of multitasking.
- Available to work on weekdays and weekends.
- Expected to work long hours as needed.
