Job Description
As an IT Support at TEMPSERV PTE. LTD., your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor enterprise IT networks, server systems, and commercial clouds.
- Act as the single point of contact with customers/users, resolver groups, third party service providers, and other departments.
- Respond to hotline calls and emails promptly.
- Take ownership of incidents/service requests, track them, and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain documentation and records of issues and problems.
Requirements for this position:
- Degree/Diploma/Higher NITEC in Information Technology/Computer Sciences/Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Prior experience in Network Operations Centre (NOC) environment preferred.
