Job Description

ST Recruitment Centre is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Executive to assist our finance team with billing matters related to modification jobs. Responsibilities include collating and submitting relevant documentation for billing, requesting quotations from suppliers, and generating service quotations for customers. You will also be responsible for creating sales orders, job cards, and service call logs, as well as preparing essential documentation for our engineers.

Additional duties include preparing weekly and monthly reports, consolidating meeting minutes, and ensuring compliance with PDPA standards for subcontractors’ workers on-site documentation. This is a permanent role in our Admin/HR category.
