Job Responsibilities:
- Meet, greet, and lead customers to their seats
- Ensure smooth running of designated area in terms of manpower allocation, cleanliness, and sales
- Manage the team to ensure quality presentation, supervision, and control of food and beverage service for maximum profit and customer satisfaction
- Set up seating arrangements with crockery, chinaware, and other items
- Replenish items as needed
- Ensure proper cutlery and table settings at assigned tables
- Take food and beverage orders and serve
- Clear and remove soiled dishes
- Reset tables after use
- Upsell food and beverage items
- Maintain best-in-class service and good hygiene standards
- Maintain good work performance and professional grooming standards
- Attend all pre-service meetings/roll-call
- Understand and practice POS system for ordering and cashiering
- Perform any other related task/duty/assignment assigned by supervisor/manager
