Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create technical drawings following specifications.
- Prepare rough sketches and detailed work using CADD systems.
- Calculate materials and weight limitations.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers.
- Review and redraft designs with the engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations.
- Identify and communicate design issues to the team.
Requirements:
- Professional Certificate NiTEC or Diploma in Engineering.
- 1 year experience in construction, preferably with a Maincon in Singapore.
- Proficient in Revit BIM, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Willingness to work 5.5 alternate Saturdays.
Salary: $2,300 – $3,500 per month.
