Job Description
We are currently seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join our team. As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the organization. You will work closely with the Senior Legal Counsel and other members of the team to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Provide legal advice and support to different departments within the organization
- Assist in managing legal disputes and litigation matters
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
