Job Description
SING TATT CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is currently seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include:
- Track changes to the Design/ Construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Price/ forecast the cost of different materials required for the project
- Procurement responsibilities including preparing tender documents or calling for quotations for subcontract packages, including evaluation through cost comparison as well as recommendation of awards
- Certificate and evaluate progress work done; includes contract administration for any variation or change for both Subcontracts and Main Contracts
- Prepare and follow up on monthly progress claims in a timely manner
- Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the Reporting Supervisor
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
