Job Description
Law firm invites applications for the post of Junior Secretary for Credit Team. Applicants should possess GCE ‘O’ and ’A’ Levels, Polytechnic Diploma or higher. Relevant experience is also considered. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and have good command of English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support.
- Assist with case management.
- Draft correspondences and legal documents.
- Familiar with e-Services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
5-day work week. Training provided. Submit CV if willing to learn. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
