Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze potential savings for projects to optimize profit.
- Monitor site completion reports to enhance budgeting strategies.
- Update pricing database with quotes and market rates.
- Generate charts on pricing trends for market forecasts.
- Negotiate with subcontractors for competitive pricing.
- Review quotation terms for alignment and cost prevention.
- Track site expenses and advise on urgent awards.
- Conduct site discussions to review budgets.
- Source new contractors for pricing comparisons.
- Provide feedback for accurate tender pricing.
- Compile monthly cost reports and forecast additional costs.
- Monitor site expenses and project variations.
