Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join Rentokil as a Key Accounts Coordinator. Responsibilities include sales enquiries, proposals, customer support, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales enquiries and quotations
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and add-on forms
• Support Customer Retentions and Contract Renewals
• Raise credit and debit notes, issue Warranty Certificates
• Update sales leads, generate reports, resolve operational issues
• Provide ad-hoc sales support

Requirements:

• GCE “O” Level or higher
• 2 years Admin/Sales support experience
• Passion for sales and customer service
• Strong work ethic and team player
• Computer literate with MS applications
• Able to work in a multicultural environment, service-oriented, and handle pressure
