Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen Duties:

• Assist in food preparation, such as washing, peeling, chopping vegetables, and marinating ingredients.
• Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized, including countertops, floors, and equipment.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring all items are properly sanitized and stored.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing food supplies and ingredients, ensuring proper storage to maintain freshness and quality.
• Dispose of kitchen waste responsibly and follow recycling protocols.

General Responsibilities:

• Adhere to health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
• Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed.
• Report any kitchen or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
