Job Description
Tuas Briyani Point PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the development of new products and improve existing offerings. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring food costs, managing daily ordering, ensuring inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness in the food preparation areas to meet company SOPs. The role also includes staying updated on market trends, assisting in minimizing food wastage, and training the junior kitchen team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years in administrative management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Project management experience
- Budgeting and financial reporting experience
- Strong communication skills
