Job Description
As an L1 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing initial technical support to customers and internal team members. Your primary role will involve resolving user issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams.
Key responsibilities include responding to incoming tickets, diagnosing software and hardware issues, and documenting solutions for future reference. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are vital for success in this role.
Experience with ticketing systems, basic knowledge of networking concepts, and the ability to work well under pressure are preferred qualities for candidates applying for this position.
