Job Description
Hewlett Packard is seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to manage daily lab activities, validate equipment and processes across sites, and perform tool gauge R&R. The successful candidate will lead Kaizen, Lean, and Digitalization projects, curate lab documents, assist in ISO programs, and manage the lab budget.
Ideal candidates should have a Technical Diploma in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or chemical engineering, with 4 to 6 years of manufacturing experience. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SPC are preferred.
