Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Counsellor to join our team. As the Lead Counsellor, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing guidance to a team of counsellors, as well as directly working with clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing counselling strategies and programs.
- Providing individual and group counselling sessions.
- Assessing clients’ needs and designing personalized treatment plans.
- Supervising and training counsellors, providing ongoing support and feedback.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care is provided.
- Keeping accurate records of clients’ progress and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of various counselling techniques. You should also have strong leadership abilities and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients.
